Chocolate Chip Cookie

3 (8 oz) pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened 3 Eggs 3/4 c Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 (16.5 oz) rolls refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well mixed. Set aside. Slice cookie dough rolls into 1/4" slices. Arrange slices from 1 roll on bottom of greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Press together so there are no holes in dough. Spoon cream cheese mix over top and then top with remaining cookie dough slices. Bake 45-50 min or until golden and center is slightly firm. Remove from oven, let cool, and refrigerate. Slice and serve. |
